Say a forbidden word, and you get beeped! You have to press on to get your team to guess as many words as possible before time runs out.

It's a fast-paced, laugh-out-loud game that's great for 4 or more people. It's a go-to if you're planning a game night, and a great way to make new friends while camping if you want to invite fellow campers.

I am calling all wordsmiths! Boggle is your game! This game used to be really popular, but has lost attention in recent years. We're bringing it back!

In this game, you shake up letters, flip the timer, and spot as many words as possible. Whatever player gets the most words wins. Solo RVers can also play by trying to beat their high score.

This game is excellent for folks that need a little brain challenge throughout the day to keep their minds sharp and active.

If you like Boggle but want a new word challenge game, check out Wordle Board Game. It takes the fun digital game to a new analog level and can be played with two to four people.

This board game was inspired by the New York Times game of the same name. There's also a very popular app version available on Apple and Google Play.

But since cell service is sketchy while traveling, this board game version is the best solution for campers. Plus, it makes it a group game, as opposed to the single-person play on the app and NY Times website.

Speaking of word games, we assume you already have Scrabble on your list. But we want to point out there is a portable Scrabble Road Trip Series in a special travel case!

I know your expertise is RVs, not board games, but it’s always funny to me when people make a list of their favorite games and they are all at least 30 years old. I don’t see that in best movie or book lists. 🙂
Board games have gone through a revolution in the last 25 years and are more interactive and have better art and production values than ever.

Here are 3 games which might be even better for camping (all are relatively easy to learn and not too expensive)
    Wingspan – [Link deleted]
Attract the best collection of birds to your environment. Very popular game and is now sold at all Targets
    Parks – [Link deleted]
Visit the most National Parks. Uses the amazing National Parks Collection art work,
    Hive – [Link deleted]
2-player chess like game with different insects that can be played anywhere. You don’t even need a table
