How Do You Exercise Regularly While RVing? (Quick Answer)

Is it tricky to exercise regularly while RVing? This is a question we get often, and here is our quick answer with resources…
Question:
“How do you guys incorporate exercise on a regular basis with your RV lifestyle?” – Desiree
Answer:

Exercise bands (those little elastic bands) are a great way to do resistance training.
On travel days, we try to stop every hour and a half to walk around the RV and not be sitting too long.

I created a portable Pilates routine that I carry with me: mat, ropes that. Can carefully attach to a tree, balls, weights, Pilates circle. It’s the closet I can get to a reformer workout!
Sounds like a great plan!
Easy! I’m an outdoor enthusiast. All outdoor things: hiking, biking, kayaking, paddleboarding, swimming, power walking, etc. I don’t find it difficult at all, and I’m a 65yo woman. I’m no campground “sitter”..lol
I take my iPad and find workout videos on YouTube. I will set up under our trailer awning or in the campground rec room if they have one. Also lots of hiking with our dogs!
